Ice cream At Trillo’s of Whitby we have been making delicious, luxury, dairy ice cream in our Whitby factory for over a century.  We have spent many years perfecting the ice cream we produce and only use the best quality ingredients  that have been carefully selected by our expert team.  You will not find any artificial colourings, or preservatives in our luxury ice cream as we only use natural flavourings.  We also manufacture our ice cream in small batches therefore ensuring high quality control.  Our ice cream has won national awards from the Ice Cream Alliance and has been listed in the Sunday Telegraphs ‘Lick List’.  We also make a selection of delicious sorbets and mix for whippy ice cream machines.  Trillo’s of Whitby are proud to be a Yorkshire company and we are passionate about local produce.  Where ever possible we aim to use local produce in our ice cream including milk and cream from North Yorkshire dairy farms.  This also in turn lowers our carbon foot print as we care greatly about our environment.  Our flavours We produce a wide variety of flavours to cater for all taste buds.
